There were some fires in the area and because of the ash floating around in the air, the kids at my school couldn’t go out to play for 2 days. 2 days. That’s 6 recesses missed. To say they were annoyed is an understatement.

Frozen is obviously all the rage among school kids. This is evident not just because wherever I turn, 1st and 2nd graders are singing “Let It Go,” but because I heard a middle school boy singing “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” ๐
